WHO is not happy zuppa soup? Cream soup mixture on top of coated pastry is fit to be a warm appetizer menu stomach.

Apparently, you do not need to bother if you want to make. Because, with ingredients that you can easily provide a comestible which is for the entire family. Interested?

Material:

2 cloves garlic, sliced
1 clove garlic, onions, sliced
3 tablespoons margarine
4 tablespoons flour, dissolved in 100 ml of water
60 gr milk bubu, dissolved in 800 ml of water
200 gr chicken meat, cut into small boxes
50 ml cream
½ canned champignon mushrooms, sliced small
Enough chicken broth
Salt and pepper to taste
2 sheets ready-made puff pastry (can be bought in supermarkets)

How to make:

1. Saute garlic and onions in margarine until fragrant
2. Add the stock, chicken meat and mushrooms. Toss well.
3. Add milk and cream. Give salt and pepper. Stir and check taste.
4. Enter the flour that has been disbursed. Stir until slightly thickened and cooked. Lift.
5. Pour the soup into a heat resistant bowl. Cover the top of the bowl with a puff pastry.
6. Spread puff pastry with egg yolk, and add to the oven 200 degrees Celsius. Bake for 20 minutes until the puff pastry expands.
7. Remove and serve (for two servings)
