Soft Mie and Crunchy Pizza

Jakarta - Want to shop at the same time satisfying themselves with various delicacies? On the Ranch Kitchen you can do both. There are counter Sandwich, Grilled, Pizza & Pasta, Asian Food, Sushi, Dim Sum, until Beverages can be an option. Because of the open kitchen concept, the visitors can see their food directly formulated.

This time I had to wait a while before getting a seat. Homey and cozy atmosphere make this place filled with visitors especially on weekends. System at this restaurant ordering direct visitors at every counter and paid the cashier and get the order number.

First I went to the counter of Pizza & Pasta offers a variety of pastas and pizzas with various toppings such as tomato sauce, mushroom, sausage until beef salami. Hmm … shadow thin and crispy pizza pictured on the right eyelid. I also settled on a Alcapone Pizza is one of my favorite guests Ranch Kitchen. The stove is in the counter smelled of savory bread and cheese, really tickled my nose!

Then I move to counter that offer variety of Asian foods such as rice and noodles, then ordered Hainanese Chicken Rice and Noodle Soup in Hong Kong. Hong Kong Noodle Soup served in a large red bowl. Yellow noodles are small sized almost like noodles, it’s flexible and soft when melucur into the throat. Gravy using chicken broth was clear and mild creamy.

What makes these noodles are eaten dinner spirit in the form of additional content fish ball, dumplings, and crab stick. Hmm … let alone time to enjoy fish ball is large enough, I got the surprise content of chicken slices in it … nyummy!

After I was satisfied sipping a glass of fresh Chocolate Ice. Although the drink is not so special but not too much sweetness that makes it my favorite.
